Established in 2012, Urban Solutions Architects is a small, commercially focused practice located in Ashgrove, Brisbane. We specialise in feasibility-led design and development approvals for small to medium density residential projects, including townhouses and boutique apartments.
With a strong understanding of planning controls, yield optimisation, and construction cost drivers, we help developers move confidently from site acquisition through to Development Approval.

Will Driml is a Brisbane-based architect with over 30 years’ experience across residential, commercial, and large-scale development projects. As Principal Architect of Urban Solutions Architects, he specialises in feasibility-led design and Development Approvals for townhouse and boutique apartment developments across South East Queensland.

Drawing on experience gained delivering larger and more complex projects, Will brings a commercially focused, systems-driven approach to small-scale developments—combining planning insight, buildability, and market awareness to unlock site potential and reduce project risk.

He is known for leading consultant teams through the approvals process with clear, practical advice, helping developers move confidently from early feasibility through to Development Approval.
